Scott Schneider is a USPTA-certified coach with over 22 years of experience developing high-level tennis players. As the Founder of All In Tennis Academy and the owner of All American Tennis Center, Scott has been instrumental in shaping the future of junior tennis in Las Vegas.
Scott has received multiple USTA awards for Developmental Coach of the Year, recognizing his dedication to nurturing top-level talent. Over his career, he has helped more than 50 players earn college tennis scholarships, guiding them through a structured development process focused on perfecting technique and preparing them for collegiate and professional opportunities.
He is also the main coach of Raya Kotseva, whom he has trained since she was six years old. Under his guidance, Raya has become the #1 player in the country (12) (U14) and is currently ranked #198 in the world (U18).
With a passion for developing elite players, Scott continues to mentor and inspire the next generation of tennis champions, ensuring they reach their highest potential both on and off the court.io
Iren Schneider is a native of Bulgaria and a former #1 ranked junior player in her country before earning a full tennis scholarship at UNLV, where she competed at the highest collegiate level. Her experience as a top junior and college athlete has shaped her commitment to developing young players and guiding them toward success.
As the General Manager and Developmental Coach at All In Tennis Academy, Iren has played a pivotal role in transforming the academy into one of the most successful junior programs in Las Vegas. Her passion for creating the perfect training environment and structured development pathway has attracted thousands of junior players over the years.
Iren’s dedication to junior player development has earned her the USTA Best Coach for 10 & Under Award. She has also played a key role in coaching and mentoring Raya Kotseva, taking her to Wimbledon Juniors 14s and helping her become a top-ranked junior player in the U.S. and internationally.
Her mission is to provide young athletes with everything they need to succeed in tennis, whether their goals are college scholarships or competing at the highest professional levels. Under her leadership, All In Tennis Academy continues to set the standard for excellence in junior player development.
Erik is an Australian tennis coach with collegiate experience in the U.S. in NCAA Divison II, JUCO, and NAIA. He has a background working at the U.S. Open with Raya Kotseva and as a hitting partner/travel coach for Jannik Sinner (current no.1 in the world) and Barbara Haas (former no.133) at the Australian Open in 2020 and 2021. With 11 Years of coaching experience, he is certified in Australia, the U.S., Denmark, and internationally (GPTCA Level B), he brings a global approach to coaching.
Outside of tennis, he is an Ironman, music producer, and ski Instructor. He enjoys traveling with his girlfriend, and walking his dog in his spare time.
